WHAT IT IS

A complete reputation system.

Not a one-time push for five-star reviews. We build an always-on system that earns feedback, responds with care and protects the trust your practice has worked to create.

01 · Google review generation

Ethical, policy-compliant requests sent at the right moment in the patient journey—never gated, pressured or purchased.

02 · Professional responses

Every review answered in your practice’s voice: warm, precise and medically appropriate, without ever exposing patient information.

03 · Ongoing monitoring

We watch Google, RateMDs and social channels so feedback is seen, understood and acted on—not discovered weeks later.

04 · Negative-review triage

We assess urgency, flag what needs your team and craft the calm public response that protects both the patient and the practice.

WHY IT MATTERS

For a medical practitioner, reputation is the marketing.

Before a patient speaks to your team, your reviews have already shaped their confidence. High-value care makes that scrutiny even sharper.

  • Patients read reviews before booking—especially for implants, surgery and orthodontics.
  • One unanswered bad review can cost real patients. Silence leaves the complaint as the only version of the story.
  • Star rating and review signals influence Google local visibility—and the sources AI systems use when describing a practice.

THE WEBIVORES DIFFERENCE

Systems, not luck.

Reputation is too important to leave to a sign at reception or a generic auto-reply. We combine dependable workflows with human judgment.

Automated, yet personal

Review request flows run consistently while timing and language stay appropriate to the patient experience.

Written by people

Responses sound reassuring, professional and compliant. We never disclose patient information or argue in public.

Protected territory

Your reputation strategy is built for your practice—not repackaged for the clinic down the street.

One clinic per specialty, per territory. We never work for the practice you’re competing against.

Patients choose the practitioner they trust. Reviews make that trust visible before the first conversation.

Straight answers.

How long before reviews improve?

The first new reviews can arrive soon after the request flow launches, but meaningful improvement is cumulative. Timing depends on patient volume, your starting profile and how consistently the system runs. We focus on a sustainable pattern, not a suspicious overnight spike.

Is asking for reviews allowed?

Yes—when it is done transparently, in line with each platform’s policies and within your professional order’s advertising rules. We do not offer incentives, discourage negative feedback or selectively ask only patients likely to leave five stars.

How do you handle a bad review?

We assess the situation, alert your team when private follow-up is needed and prepare a calm public response. The response acknowledges the concern without confirming a patient relationship or sharing protected information.

Do you write fake reviews?

No. Never. Fake reviews are unethical, violate platform policies and destroy the trust reputation management is supposed to build. We use policy-compliant requests to earn authentic feedback from real patients.
